About Us
Founded by a chef. Built for the industry we love.
Edit Studio London was born out of frustration — and hope.
I'm Stefano Camplone. I've been in kitchens for 16 years. My mum was a chef. She's the reason I ever picked up a knife. The kitchen was hers first - the rhythm of it, the discipline, the way a plate of food can mean something more than food. She gave me all of that. I lost her to cancer a few years ago, but everything I do here, I do with what she taught me still in my hands.
This industry shaped me. It gave me purpose, discipline, and a sense of belonging. But it's also tough. The hours are long. The pay isn't high. And the tools we're given, especially the clothes - don't always show the respect this job deserves.
I started Edit Studio London to fix what I could.
Too often, chef wear is untested, uncomfortable, or overpriced. Designed without any real knowledge of what it's like to sweat through a double. I wanted to change that. To make garments that are sustainable, functional, and built with intent, without breaking the bank. Because looking good and feeling good at work shouldn't be a luxury.
Our Made for the Kitchens collection is made for the heat, the rush, the reality of service. Every piece is tested in real kitchens, by real chefs. Organic fabrics, reclaimed details, built to last, because we don't believe in fast fashion, or fast failure.
Day Off is for the rest of the week. For chefs who want to carry their identity outside the kitchen, without compromising on ethics, comfort, or style.
Edit Studio London isn't a fashion brand. It's a contribution. My way of giving something back to an industry I'll always be part of, and to the person who put me in it.
