Refunds & Returns Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn or unused, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. Only then will the refund process begin. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges (Size Swaps)

If you would like to exchange an item for another size:

  • You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to us.

  • Once we receive and approve the return, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item back to you.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items) cannot be returned.

  • Certain goods such as personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases are also non-returnable.

EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided items are returned in their original condition with tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.
