Courier: We use Evri for all UK orders.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Dispatch: Orders placed before 12 PM are picked, packed, and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM will be dispatched the next working day.

Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 2–3 business days from the date of dispatch.

Cost: Shipping is charged at £5.40 per order. Orders over £60 qualify for free shipping.
Address Accuracy

Customer Responsibility: Please ensure your shipping address is entered fully and correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays, lost parcels, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Verification: If we notice an error with your address, we will contact you by email. If we do not receive a reply within 24 hours, your order will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Failed Deliveries: Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address can be re-shipped at the customer’s expense. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Delays & Responsibility
Once an order has been dispatched and handed to Evri, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier. We are not liable for courier delays, lost, or stolen parcels, but we will support customers in tracking and resolving delivery issues.
