How do your sizes fit?

Our chef shirts and t-shirts run true to size with a loose cut. The Apron is one-size with adjustable straps. Caps are one-size with a snapback. If you're between sizes, we'd suggest going up — these are designed to move with you on a shift.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes, within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn and tags are still on. Hit reply and we'll sort the details.

How long does delivery take?

Orders ship within 1-2 business days. UK delivery is usually 2-4 days after that. EU and international takes 5-10 days depending on where you are.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship across the UK, EU, and most of the world. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

My order hasn't arrived yet — what should I do?

Get in touch with your order number and we'll chase it down. UK orders that are more than 7 days late and EU orders more than 14 days late are worth flagging.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If we haven't shipped yet, yes — get in touch quickly with your order number. Once it's on its way we can't change it, but you can return it once it arrives.

What's your returns policy?

14 days from delivery for an exchange or refund on unworn items with tags still on. Custom or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable. Buyer covers return postage unless the item arrived faulty.

Where is everything made?

Designed in London, made in small batches in Portugal.

Are your materials really reclaimed?

The Apron and Knife Sleepers use 100% reclaimed canvas (the Apron also comes in an organic canvas variant — check your product page). Chef shirts, t-shirts, and Day Off shirts are 100% organic cotton. Corduroy caps are cotton corduroy.

How should I wash my [product]?

My item has worn out or is fraying. Can you help?

Most things are fixable. Send us a photo and we'll see what we can do. Repair is usually our first option over replacement.

Do you do wholesale for restaurants and kitchens?
