The Knife Sleeper Set
A big knife roll and a small one that rolls inside it. Buy them as a set.
Run the big roll when you want every blade on you. Carry the small one on its own for a quick stage or a day off. Keep your best knives in the small roll and slide it inside the big one for a complete kit. There's no right way, most chefs find their own.
Why chefs carry the set
- The big roll — 5 large pockets + 4 small, plus a top zip-pocket. More space, more blades, everything on you for service.
- The small roll — 4 large pockets for the essentials. Light enough to run alone, and sized to roll neatly inside the big one.
- Built to modulate — full kit, travel kit, or your best blades kept close. Use them your way.
- Adjustable safety flap — holds blades 24cm up to 28–30cm, tips covered and guards in place.
- Reclaimed materials — cut from offcuts and end-of-line fabric that would otherwise go to landfill. Every set is a little different, no two exactly alike.
- Made in Portugal · plastic-free · compostable packaging · a tree planted on every order.
A few questions I get asked
Why buy both instead of one?
Different jobs. The big roll carries your full kit; the small one covers the essentials for when you're travelling light. And since the small one tucks inside the big one, owning both doesn't mean carrying both.
What does "reclaimed materials" actually mean?
Instead of milling new fabric, we build these from offcuts and end-of-line rolls left over from other production, material that would otherwise be wasted. It keeps textiles out of landfill and gives every roll its own character.
Will it actually protect my knives?
Yes, the adjustable safety flap keeps tips covered and guards in place on both rolls. We always recommend using edge guards on your sharpest blades: better for the steel, and safer for your hands when you reach in.
